What is an intuitive?

As a gifted intuitive, I receive impressions often in the form of questions, words or phrases that speak to your soul or touch upon something your spirit knows but may have forgotten. The insights that arise within me also provide clients with specific, practical steps to heal. I also remove energy blocks in the physical, mental, and emotional body.

Clients often report seeing colors during our energy sessions which are a sign the chakras are enlivened. The deepest gifts from the work are the powerful shifts clients make as a result of the session. Common benefits include improved sleep, a palpable relief from physical or emotional pain, weight loss, an overall feeling of well-being and vitality, and a deep sense of feeling free from the past – renewed perspective toward life overall.

My work provides a safe, compassionate space for women to share and unburden their souls. I help women more deeply connect with their own insights, intuition, and recognition of synchronistic events in their own lives. I do not prescribe or treat but rather assist you in the healing process. Unlike a “psychic healer” I do not predict the future or events.

What does it mean to “heal”?

To heal and be whole go hand in hand. Healing is about integrating all of who you are- sadness, joy, past and present grief, traumas and to be present with “what is” so that you can truly heal and not deny or bury your hurts that later manifest into physical symptoms. To heal is an allowing process with a no-fix approach. Healing involves self-care, self-awareness and holistic approaches that move you to feel whole and vibrant rather than masking symptoms by using prescription drugs. Healing means taking your power back in ways you have given it away through jobs, relationships, overeating, accommodating, not prioritizing yourself, your creativity, appeasing others and not speaking up. Healing allows you to be more of who you are not any drop less. You were born with gifts and purpose and I can help you uncover those treasures from within. Healing sessions remove the blocks toward whole health.

What can I anticipate during a Marma session?

Pressure points known as marma points are gently pressed on the front and back of the body during a session. A feeling of warmth and deep relaxation can occur as these energy centers become unblocked. Often clients enter a deep relaxing state, free of thoughts, almost a dream-like state. Essential oils are used to enhance healing. A “tuning fork”, which enhances the breath will be used on the points followed by gemstones and polarity balancing. Sometimes emotions that are stored in the body are gently released during a Marma session.  Some feel energized and refreshed and others feel like they can take a nap. Clients report improved sleep, increased self-awareness and self-care, improved energy, clarity of mind, freedom from pain, a sense of being more grounded, light, and even more creative.  Patients often report feeling generally “unstuck”  and may receive intuitive insights. What can I anticipate after a Marma session?

Clients immediately feel a deep sense of relaxation and tranquility as Marma points stimulate the body’s natural hormones and chemicals to be released.  A feeling of being grounded and rested is often the case. In some occasions where there may be accumulated toxins in the body clients may experience a healing reaction such as a headache, or body ache discomfort,  nausea or tiredness. This is rare and will pass quickly. Drinking lots of water is recommended after a session. Often women experience clearer dreams or subtle inner guidance from within. It is best to keep the day or evening low keyed after receiving Marma.
